Hello It seems from the history that you are having bad headaches associated with sore neck and vision problem. These symptoms can be seen in association with primary headaches like migraine. In primary headaches the CT scan will be normal as there are no structural problems in migraine. The treatment of the condition is by use of analgesics and anti-inflammatory drugs. If the headache is recurrent you need to use prophylactic drugs like flunarizine to prevent recurrent attacks. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for confirmation of diagnosis and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
