Noted you have
chronic constipation...
Along with more water you have to do regular exercise...
More water....
Beet greens rich in iron , calcium and
beta carotene so taken to maintain healthy digestion...
Avocados fruit rich in fiber and good to take...
Blueberries rich in fiber and
vitamin c with contain antioxidant ....so help in proper digestion....
Fiber rich food taken more like whole grain , wheat bran , apple , beans etc found to be help in digestion....
Chamomile in tea useful...
Green tea also useful...
Avoid gassy food like cabbage , onion , turnip etc....
If still no benefit laxative needed like polyethelene glycol ....
If still needs investigation USG and
x ray done for rule out organic causes....
