What Should I Do For Hip Pain And Difficulty In Walking?

For the past couple days my left hip has been hurting a lot.. But I still went to dance because it wasn't that bad. I warmed up and stretched, then went to do my jéte (jump), and after I landed it hurt a lot more. It's to the point where I can barley walk. Help??

hello,
your hip pain might be related to your back pain radiating to the hip joint since it aggravated after a jump. kindly visit an orthopedician and do the required investigations. till then avoid bending forwards, jumping, lifting heavy things. take rest. take hot water fomentation in case there is no swelling, practice relaxation.
once pain subsides start with back strengthening exercises and core abdominal muscle strengthening.
