I m concerned about weight gain and Lexapro. I have general anxiety disorder and have been exercising and watching what I eat but am not losing weight. I m 42 and have always been skinny. I ve been unhappy with my weight what else should I be doing??
It would have been better if you have mentioned your weight and height along with your query - I had suggested you the optimal weight for your parameters. To loose weight you should do the following - 1. Eat more fruits and salads and vegetables 2. Eat less grains and decrease the amount of fats (oil and ghee) in your diet 3. Start daily regular exercise for at least half an hour 4. Eat less than the appetite - Fill your abdomen nearly 75- 80 %. 5. Avoid any calorie containing items in between the meals.
