What Should I Do To Control Elevated Heart Rate Of An Infant?

Hi! My 10mnth old son recently had high fevers for 3 to 4 days with a elevated heart rate.
He was getting shivers with the fevers and blue blotchy skin. Very white hands and feet which were cold. Today he was fine, very close to back to normal. But this arvin I noticed small pin prick brownish spots all over
His chest. What could it be? Is there any reason for concern? I had taken him on the second day of his fevers to the hospital!
