hello doctor , my hair contains lots of dirt, when i applied shampoo the hair falls suddenly.... even when i applied masaage on it before shampoo.. i request u to tell me best shampoo and tell what should i do ??? reply soon......................

It looks like u might be having dandruffs in your hair...You need to use a good anti dandruff shampoo and wash your hair regularly..
