What Should We Do To Protect Eyes?

Lucas eyes are mostly affected. What should we do to be protecting his eyes. He likes to watch Thomas the train on I pad. isn t that too straining for his eyes. The light bother his eyes. What should we be doing. I think he needs special reading tools.

Hi dear,I have gone through your question and understand your concern.He should watch TV 30min, Computer should be limited till 20 min, give him multivitamins, Vitamin A,lutein enriched diet.Do exercises for eyes
