What Specific Questions Would You Ask A Patient With Chromosome Abnormality?
if you had a patient came to you complaining of feeling tired and they were ahving abnormal discharge from their orifices. after you do a ct scan and genetic testing you discover there are abnormalities in the chromosomes in the body. what specific questions would you ask the patient and what hypothesis on what is causing the problem.

when any chromosomal abnormality found ,you can ask the questions related to
1) similar family history.if yes,what was the age for occurance
2)any exposure to potential DNA damagers- e.g. radiation exposure at any point of life (starting from womb life),chemical exposure.
3) medicine usages so far
4) birth history (what was the age of parents at the time of birth,any procedure carried out during pregnancy etc.)
questions are asked for knowing the potential source for chromosomal damage most of the time.
