hi, i have a pilodonial cyst that has just burst. i have had a salt bath and lots of yellow puss has come out. what should i do regards cream and dressing.? I have chronic kidney failure and on immunosuppressant drugs. I have seen my gp and taking antibiotics. I have also seen my colorectal consultant and waiting to have surgery to remove the cyst. Now that it has burst i dont know what steps to take immediately. Many thanks Lynne
