Dear member, Thanks for writing to healthcare magic. The factors which determine whether you will have a normal delivery this time depend on the time duration since the last surgery, the weight of the present baby at birth, and whether the passage for the baby to come out of the pelvis is normal. If your 1st baby is 2 yrs or more and you go into labour at due date or earlier and if the doctor believes the pelvic passage is adequately spacious then you can have a successful vaginal delivery. regarding the ovarian cyst small ones which are way above the pelvis don't interfere with Labour. As to your question as to what you can do to ensure Normal delivery there is not much other than good diet, regular exercise as recommended by your doctor. Most of factors like baby weight and pelvic passage area are not in hand of patients so just take Care. Please write back if you have any queries. Dr Bhagyashree.
