What Surgery Is Recommended To Restore Strength After Shoulder Dislocation?
I am 38 years old male , my height is 6.00 feet and weight 83 kgs.....I had a fall whislt playing football 15 years back and dislocated my shoulder since then I have tried strenghting the same but every few years and this year 3 times in four months it gets dislocated .... what kind of surgery can i undertake and post surgery how long before I can continue playing soccer???
