What Test Should Be Done For The Pain In The Jaw, Neck And Shoulders?

hi i have same problem my pain going from teeth to jaw and then left shoulder and in my body parts and i in bg tention i want to ask u where i have to go for treatment becoz doctor done all scaning of my head and body but no one done any test of my jaw ,neck and shoulders

hello thr thanks for consulting at hcm. it could be myofacial dysfunction syndrome involving tmj, muscles of neck and shoulder, teeth too if infected ,,pain may radiate,, plz do iopa radiograph, opg , tmj views, electromyography ,, so take piroxicam 20mg twice daily for 1st day and 20mg once daily following day s till 5 days r complete along with a muscle relaxants,, give hot and cold fermentation alternativly, have agood rest ,,u plz consult a oral maxillofacial srgeon or tmj clinic in ur vicinity for an opine if prblm persists..hope it helps,,,
