hi i am 37 years old man having one 3 and half year old child now we want 2nd child as per advice of my doctor done semen analysis as follows reports Time of Collection - 30 min. after auto ejaculation, PHYSICAL EXAMINATION- Quatity- 3.0 ml, Color-Whitish, Consistency-Normal, Liquefaction-Already Liquefied, Reaction- Alkaline, Total no. of Spermatozoa- 64 Million/cc, (MOTILITY) High active- 35%, fairly active-35%, Immotile- 30%, (MORPHOLOGY) Normal forms-80%, Abnormal forms-20%, Erthrocytes- NIL, Leucocytes- 3-5/HPF, Epithelial cells- 4-6/LPF, Clumping- Absent, Others- Nil is it normal Report for 2nd child or not

Thanks for query.
Your semen analysis report is within normal range and is within normal range as per WHO standards as for as count,motility,and morphology is concerned except that there are 5-6 pus cells which suggest infection either seminal vesicle or prostate .

You need to take antibiotic like Doxycycline for 4 weeks .

There should not be any problem in having a second child.
