What Time During The Day Becosules Capsule Should Be Taken?
Hi doctor ! I am a patient of muscular dystrophy and my health is going down day by day. My friend who is a medical representative has asked me to try Becosules capsule once a day. Kindly let me know at what time during the day should I take this capsule to get better results.

Take balanced diet rich in calcium (1000mg/day) and vitamin D(1000 i.u. /day) along with vitaminB12, B6.Vitamin D is available in weekly dose pattern as well as injection, just talk to your local doctor.
