What To Do Fir Cyst Ion Uterus And Not Getting Periods?

I am 27 years and my weight is 57 kg, my period always comes late, before 1 years I consult to a doctor and after proper check he suggest me citapin 500mg for 6 month after that I was normal get my periods after 30 days, now after 16 Oct 2013 I dint get my periods, I had cipla mtp but dint get my periods., I consult to a doctor and had urine and ultrasound test, Pregnancy is negative they found cyst in uterus and suggest me to take meprate 10 mg for 5 days twice in a days I have completed meprate cource on 12-dec-2013 still my periods not come, what should I do? Please suggest.
