What To Do For A Child That Refuses To Eat And Is Losing Weight With Recurrent Cold ?

My 21 months old son refuses to eat. For the past week I've decided to wean him because of this same issue, he's loosing weight and I don't know what to do! He also has a cold that keeps reoccurring even though I took him to the doctor and he prescribed antibiotics and other medicine. What should I do?

Thanks for your query.
Relax,it is common for young children to have recurrent respiratory infections.
Regarding food you have to be patient.
Give plenty of fluids.
Feed him when other family members are eating.
Give home made drink of basil leaves,lemon,ginger,honey.
