Im a fair skinned person that is exposed to the sun for hours at a time because of my job. I use sunscreen and I try to stay directly out the sun. I still get a dark tan on my nose. what can I do to avoid sunburn? It hasnt reached very hot temperatures yet
hi.. thanks for asking your question in this forum.. fair skinned people are more prone to the sunburn because of low amount of melanine in their skin..and they have to take extra care...two type of sunblock available...mechanical and chemical...you can use either of them to protect yourself from sunburn...you should use sunblock with higher spf....hope you get your answer..don't hesitate to ask again..thanks DR IHSAN
