What To Do For Black Raised Bruise On Upper Leg That Pains With Burning Sensation?

I fell a few days ago on wet concrete. My left hip and leg took the impact and I have a huge black raised bruise on my upper leg. It doesn t hurt that much too touch like a normal bruise but has more of a burning sensation. What have I injured and should I see a doctor?

Hi
Are you able to walk properly if yes then you dont have fracture and if its painful walking you should get x ray done for pelvis with both hip and leg full length to rule out fracture.
If x ray are normal then just apply ice over it it will take atleadt 3 wk for the bruise to subside.
