What To Do For Bleeding, Pain During Orgasms After Having Total Hysterectomy Previously?

I had a complete hysterectomy 3 years ago. I am 49 yrs. old. Everything has been normal until the last 5-6 months. After I have had numerous orgasms, I have noticed lots of pink/red blood on the sheets. The last time it was painful. This is all new too me. Should I be concerned?

yes. you should consult your gynaecologist. she will do per speculum examination and if needed Pap's smear should be taken for examination. Pain may be due to senile vaginitis or PID. In both cases consultation with gynaecologist is must.
