What To Do For Child With Sinus Infection?

Hi,

My 7 year old son has had alot of sinus infections over the years, has viral asthma which usually only acts up with croup but he has not had any croup issues this winter as of yet. for the last month or so, he cant breath through his nose, always through his mouth, is snoring very loud when sleeping, grinding his teeth and has developed bad breath. Any suggestions as to whats going on? Thanks

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern for your son and given to the history here for him I could say that the chances of sinusitis is very unlikely in this age group rather this could be a allergic constitution and this is nothing to worry about this simply treating to the symptoms would be oaky and for this "Levocetrizine with Montelukast" is the best option in my opinion take care and have a nice day.
