Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am suffering from claudication of left hand`s ring finger. Sometimes paining also but it behaves like a trigger. Kindly some medication or exercise. I have never experienced any disease in my 70 years life but this element is disturbing me since 2 months.
As you are 70, we can expect some vascular changes in the body leading to reduced blood flow to the peripheral joints.
Doing hot water fermentation, simple exercises for the hand, fingers, forearm will be helpful.
Usually, exercise helps to improve the strength and also improve the blood supply to the limbs. I will advise you to do the exercises which are simple and will help improve the symptoms.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
