My mother is around 85 years and average weight.In general the health is ok.She is taking medicines for blood pressure control and time to time neurobion injections.She use to suffer from piles with blood coming out from time to time and use to control with proper diet.Now,she has got piles develop outside and she has to put fingure to release gas and for passing the stool.In general they is no pain in piles,but she complains of acidity,constipation and hot head,foots etc.
Please recommend the best type of treatment to his age and the diett to avoid constipation and acidity.
