i have had a runny nose since chilhood but has become worse. am coughing almost all the time. i have also nail fungus which has persited for almost 10 years. and of late i have had a ring worm like sore on my upper lip. it comes and goes. i went to the hospital for a Tb test but it was negative. Am HIV negative. Am 34 years old female about 1.68m tall and weighs 80 kgs.
You may be suffering from chronic allergies from childhood. It may be due to pollen or seasonal allergy or animal dandre or eosinophilia. Get it done serum ig Level, AEC and sensitivity test for different house hold allergens. Use tablet monterleukast and levocetrizine once a day for five days. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. For onychomycosis you have to take medication for 6 months to year. Check for your diabetes status. If no improvement, please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
