What To Do For Cramping In Calf Of Right Leg And Behind Thighs?
my right leg has been cramping in my calf and sometimes back of thigh and its been going on awhile now.. I am over weight but I stand 8 hours a day on concrete floors. been doing this job 7 years. leg is not red or hot to the touch and not really swollen
Kindly start by getting a Venous Doppler study of the leg . Treatment will depend on the diagnosis made.
Start wearing Venous Stockings while you are working and for most of the times if it is compatible with your schedule. Calf pumping exercises and weight reduction will definitely help.
If its simply a muscle cramp then taking Ubicor tablet and maintaining adequate hydration will suffice.
I hope my advice has helped. Good luck
