Hi I have been taking utovlan to delay my period. But I have stopped taking it and it has been four days and there is still nosing of my period. However while I was taking the utovlan I had unprotected sex and took a plan b. I am now unsure of what to do. Am I pregnant or is my period just delayed because of plan b?? Help

Hi,
It is more likely that your period has been delayed due to the emergency contraception that has been taken. Emergency contraceptives contain excess hormone that disrupts the normal hormonal milieu of the body thus leading to irregular menstruation. Conception is a remote possibility since you are already on hormones and and added to that, you have had the emergency pill(provided the pill was taken within the stipulated interval). Please see a specialist if you do not see your period even after 10-14 days after it is due. Hope this helps.
