What To Do For Early Discharge During Sex?

Hi their Doctor, My name is Muddassir and I am 37 years of age, my problem is very normal whenever I have got a chance to do intercourse with my wife, I have been discharged early and everything I am doing I am not doing it by my heart. It seems that I am doing it but I am not in will of that or in need of that. Which causes me early discharge and after this I almost feel tired and sleepy. Is it normal and usual and according to my age or their is something behind that?
