Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear dont worry your anxiety disorder itself may induce vertigo. It may be BPPV or postural hypotension or panic episodes.

Dear you need daily exercises, yoga and meditation.Use anti vertigo drugs , may need cognitive behavioral therapy. Vestibular exercises , adjustment therapy useful.

If symptoms not improved please consult your ENT specialist/neurophychiatrist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
