What To Do For Eating Problem?

My sister was staying with me over night, my sister is not on medication but is pre diabetic. Last night my sister had a yogurt, fruit and water for a late lunch around 7:00PM. We had eaten earlier and she had grilled Mahi and a salad with water. I do not think my sister is eating enough.

Thanks for contacting HCM. You need to look things in their right perspective. Is your sister obese or lean and fit. If she is obese she is eating correctly, because she needs to loose weight and that will also protect her from diabetes. If she is fit and lean then she also she is eating correctly as she needs to stay slim to avoid diabetes. If she is having any health problems due to her diet then only you should be concerned. Regards
