hi, im 26 and found out abt my accessory bone years ago. they gave me on orthodics, i also have flat feat. the orthodics worked for a little while but i the pain came back. i had to get yet another pair of orthodics. i am on my feet all day at work..i only eva sit down on my breaks...wen i come home and put my feet up for 10mins or so...wow, it hurts like hell to walk, i cant put much pressure on my left foot at all without it hurting. will this jus continue gettin worse..is it better to get surgery or continue buyin more and more orthodics?
