Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
If the fever is there for the past 25 days You have to exclude typhoid ,septicemia, chronic urinary tract infection
Better consult pediatrician for complete physical examination and investigation to arrive at a correct diagnosis.
It may some times need hospital admission.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
