What To Do For Loose Painful Bowel Movement?

Several months ago in Florida I got poisonous ant bites on my feet which developed into cellulitis. A bad case on two toes. I was given strong antibiotics for two months. Ever since then I have had periods of loose painful bowel movements with nausea. In the last two weeks it has gotten so bad I double over. I take anti-diarrheal pills(imodium) up to 15 pills now a day. And I have cramps so bad I sweat cold and throw up with the pain. I have an allergic to all the dyes for testing and have a very bad heart. In the last two days the movements are almost explosive. I do not have blood and no gassy greasy stools. When I threw up it was water then green. I do not have a gall bladder. I am 72 year old female. When I sit down I feel as though I am sitting on something hard-lumpy. I may not have a movement for 2 days but the pain will be there. It starts at right upper quadrant-goes to midline above belly button- then to left side and across then to lower left quadrant. Like it is following my bowel.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of poisonous ant bites, several months ago in Florida and developed cellulitis for which antibiotics were given for 2 months. Ever since then you have periods of loose painful bowel movements, the pain starting in the right upper quadrant and continuing to the left above the belly button.
You take almost 15 Imodium per day to control diarrhea, have cramps and also develop vomiting of clear fluid then green, have no gall bladder.
This looks to be due to the colitis that you might have developed due to bacterial imbalance or may be other forms.
I would advise you the following:
First of all, consult your Doctor to get the preliminary tests and a referral for an opinion of a Gastroenterologist and colonoscopy.
Till then get the stool tests for 3 consecutive days, tests of blood and urine, ultrasound of the whole abdomen and if possible CT scan of the abdomen.
The colonoscopy and biopsy will give the final diagnosis.
Till then take a PPI like Omeprazole, pre and probiotics.
Make a list of foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problems and stop them strictly.
