What To Do For Loosing Weight After Delivery?

After delivery (Cesarrion operation ) My wife has put up lot of weight and suferring from Multiple joint pains and back pain.She is struggling to focus on daily activities too...we di went through lot of excercises and also treatment nothing worked out. Can you please suggest me any Amway product so that she can be fit ASAP.

2.When you're a new mother, your body needs maximum nutrition, especially if you're nursing. Choose foods that are heavy in the nutrients you need and light in calories and fat.Like fish ,chicken,bread,milk,fruit ,vegetables..To drink planty of water

3.Diet is important, but it's only one part of your post-pregnancy weight loss plan. She also need to incorporate aerobic and strength training exercises after pregnancy to burn calories and keep your muscles and bones strong

4.It may seem impossible to get a full eight hours of sleep when have a baby summoning she like clockwork throughout the night, but being sleep deprived could make it harder for her to shed the baby weight.SO try to sleep longer is better

5.Breastfeeding is good for her baby,And nursing exclusively lets the mother add about an extra 300 calories a day to her diet.So breastfeeding is great to baby and to the mother
