What To Do For Piles?

Hi I am 26 and am married...I have got Piles and has two of them down in my rectum. Can you tell me what exactly do we have because of piles..? ..its an ayurvedic treatment...do we really have to get them operated even if its getting cured???? will i loose interest in sex because of this??

Hemorrhoids that are you are describing are internal hemorrhoids and dont need to be operated. They wont affect your sexual practice.
Eat more fiber. Drink a lot of water. Take Ispaghula Husk 2 tsf thrice daily after meals.
