What To Do For Regularizing The Periods?

Hello sir/madam, I am Chandrakala , I am 31 yr old, I had 1 child. I am in Family planning. I am having Copper-t. But this month I am getting my periods. Usually my period cycle is 28 days, now its 1 month 4 days, till I am not getting my regular periods , pls tell me whats happens to me, & Which tablet I have to take. One more thing 1 yr back also I am getting misperiod like this, on that time A Doctor give 3 tablest to me. After taking that I got my period. pls tell me that tablet name....

Hello and welcome to HCM,
There are couple of methods for birth control.
Intra-uterine contraceptive devices (IUCDs) and birth control pills are the main measures to control birth.
You have got an intra-uterine device fitted.
IUCDs are associated with side effects, most common being pain, menstrual irregularities, etc.
However, these side effects wean after some time.
You need not take any medication when you have already got an IUCD fitted for contraception.
