What To Do For Ringing Sound In Ears?

I have ringing in my years. I went t o remove the wax in the years and the Dr. gave me ciprodex drops 2x a day He said the ears were inflamed and it would take a week before I would feel better. I would like to know is this the only thing that's out there;? Is there something else I could take. I am going crazy? Please help?

Hello

The ringing sensation can be due to a swelling in the ear and will resolve with ciprodex drops , so please continue them. You can ask your ent doctor to consider antibiotic plus steroid drops as this will help resolve the swelling faster.
Thanks
