What To Do For Severe Headache?

hello sir, i am having severe headache last two days, no idea because of cough, acidity or bp how to recover i am pissed of and irritate this often happens with me pls. suggest, and there is always cough in throat, if i hv bp problem i dont know not taking any medicine.

I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, you are mostly having viral upper respiratory tract infection (URTI) which is causing mucus in the throat and headache.
Undiagnosed hypertension can also cause similar headache.
So better to consult doctor and get done blood pressure monitoring. If blood pressure is normal then viral URTI is the likely cause for your symptoms.
So drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated. Avoid oily and spicy food. Do warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
Take combination of antihistamine and anti inflammatory drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
