What To Do For Severe Pain In Left Leg For 86year Old?

my father is 86 and recently was woken up with severie pain in his left leg it went away mostly after awhile but still lingered this morning was worken with the pain in his left leg moved onto his left side and it seemed to go away he is still experiancing some very slight pain in the left leg doesnot get worse when he is walking around the house

Hi,
From history it seems that your father might be having degenerative changes in lumbo-sacral spine giving this problem.
At this age there might be having osteoporosis can also give this type of pain.
Give him calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ask him to go for slow walking in house.
Ok and take care.
