Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the bacterial infection, may be cellulitis. due to spread of the infection in the subcutaneous tissue.
Some times it may be fungal infection.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, and mixed steroid ointment for local application.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery.
