What To Do For Swollen Earlobe?

My son has a swollen earlobe mainly at the top of it in the back. He has no fever or pain when I touch it and is acting normal. What could this be because there is no sign of a bite mark and gave him benadryl but it did not stop swelling or redness no I rules out allergic reaction.
