Hello It seems from the history that you had a burn injury to the forehead. The eyelid edema following the burn injury is because of inflammatory edema and treatment is by use of cold compress and use of antibiotics eye drops. The treatment given by your doctor is correct and you can continue the treatment as advised by him.
Thank you
