What To Do For The Frequent Headaches On One Side Of The Head?

I am having frequent headaches on one side of the head and sometimes I get pain in one eye too.. These days when I see the TV or monitor, my eyes get strained. Please help as to what should I be doing in this condition?

So follow these lifestyle modifications.
1. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
2. Avoid excessive sun exposure.
3. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep your self hydrated.
4. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
5. Take propranolol and flunarizine combination at night time before bed.
6. Avoid watching tv, computer, mobile for prolonged time.
7. Avoid fasting and take your meals timely.
