What To Do For The Lump On The Neck Which Is Painful?

Hey, my name is Joseph and My neck has been hurting since this morning. It actually has a lump in the left and it causes my head to be lop sided, everyone told me that maybe I slept on that side for too long and I m really worried because I have work in the morning.

Pain around the neck immediately after waking up is mostly due to sleeping in awkward position for long time..as most of people saying....
So don't worry. ...
Take some pain killers and u can do hot fomenting at site of pain. ...
It will be relieved soon...
