What To Do For The Pimple Like Bumps On The Thigh Which Is Spreading?

Hi.. This morning I noticed red bumps all over my inner thigh, they looked like pimples but had no head. They don t itch, hurt, or burn. They re just tere. Later today I noticed them spreading to my calf and foot. They still don t hurt. And I m starting to get really worried that they re not going to go away, please help

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your case history you are having fungal infection called as Tinea corporis. My treatment advice is:

1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily.
2. Apply an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole cream on the affected skin.
3. Take an antihistamine medicine like Levocetirizine for 7 to 10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral Fluconazole, Itraconazole, and Terbinafine medicines are taken only after consulting a Dermatologist.
