Hi.. This morning I noticed red bumps all over my inner thigh, they looked like pimples but had no head. They don t itch, hurt, or burn. They re just tere. Later today I noticed them spreading to my calf and foot. They still don t hurt. And I m starting to get really worried that they re not going to go away, please help
1. Maintain good hygiene and bath twice daily. 2. Apply an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole cream on the affected skin. 3. Take an antihistamine medicine like Levocetirizine for 7 to 10 days. 4. Other treatment options are oral Fluconazole, Itraconazole, and Terbinafine medicines are taken only after consulting a Dermatologist.
