What To Do For The Sensitive Throat And Hole Like Scars?

My throat looks rough it has like holes like marks of scar and its itchy sometimes its sensetive and easy to get irritated . I also smoke on my off day when im out with friends. I heard bout cancer im smoking for over ten yrs. I feel my throat kind of swollen. Can an ordinary gen practitioner know bout the sighns???

The sensitive swollen throat can be because of the tonsilitis or peritonsillar abscess. The holes you are describing can be because of the tonsillar crypts.
Nothing to be panic, consult an oral physician (who has done MDS in oral medicine and radiology) and get it evaluated. Since you are giving the habit history, a complete clinical examination is necessary. so consult the physician and get it examined. Mean while you can take a course of antibiotics like amoxicillin and metronidazole(if you are not allergic), do saline gargling and stop smoking.
