I am a type 2 diabetic. I ve been keeping my blood sugars below 120 very consistently. However, I must ve eaten something today that sent my sugars soaring. They were at 256. As soon as I saw that, I didn t hesitate one second to do my workout, and adding extra workouts to the normal routine. In that one workout, I managed to get my sugars back down to 180. Then, I took my medicine with 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar in a 40 oz glass of water. Bottom line question: I plan to get my sugars back down within the next 24 hours. Is that a short enough time of high blood sugar to prevent any damage? Forgive me for apparently eating something bad... I try to honor the research and expertise of those in the medical field by taking my condition very seriously. Sincerely, KB
