What To Do For The Swelling In Nose Due To A Hit?

daughter hit me in middle of night while sleeping in nose. 5 days later it's sore to touch l, swollen, and my eye got a little swollen. Going on for 5 days now but feeling much better, swelling going down. Thing is i don't know if it caused by her. I just started joing a gym too, so am worried i might of picked something up from there. like i saide bridge of nose, swelling, little nose trip and puffy eye thats going down

Hi, thanks for your query. In n any nasal trauma. Swelling takes 7 to 10 days to subside completely. If the swelling persist more than that, then please consult with your doctor and get X ray of the nasal bones to rule out fracture. Hope my answers have helped you. Thanks.
