What To Do For Vaginal Burning And Pain?

I m a 42 yr old white female, I developed hemorrhoids about 6 1/2 yrs ago when pregnant. They really never bothered me much. The past year or so, they have been horrible. I went to a GI in horrible pain about a month ago. He stated I probably have a fissure and hemorrhoids. He prescribed to me the nitro glycerin. Upon trying to fill it, I could not afford the price. So I did not get it. I have been using prep/h and witch hazel wipes. The pain is horrible, I now have pain in the vagina area and pain when I urinate. Also, if this matters I had a gastric bypass 7 years ago. I have insurance but can not afford the copays and deductibles. My Gyn in the past about 4 years ago said I have endometriosis and wanted to do a partial hystr. I never had the money to do it. Is there any thing I can do over the counter to help with the urine burning, vagina burning and also the hemorrhoids and fissure biting and hurting?
