What To Do If Ear Hurts A Lot After Inserting Qtip?

I was cleaning my ears with a qtip even though I know that's bad, I went to turn my head and the qtip hit my couch and got lodged in my ear. I quickly pulled it out, I can still eat it's not bleeding, but it hurts a lot. Should I go to emergency or should I wait till morning to go to my doctors?

Hi,
It seems that q-tip injured external ear or some injury to ear drum causing this problem.
Nothing to worry, if there is broken q-tip it will not go further inside.
Take some analgesic tablet.
Put antibiotic ear drops.
Afterwards consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
