What To Do If Gained Weight After Taking Steroids For Tulosa Hunt Syndrome?

i have a frind who was diagnosed with tulosa hunt syndrome and has been taking steriods for approx two years but doctors seem be to able to take him off the drug. We are conserned about the side effects not to metione the wight he has gained. Any suggestions?

The decision to take steroids is made on a benefit vs risk basis. Even though the side effects are concerning, the benefits of taking steroids must be outweighing the risk. The dosage can be adjusted as per his/her treating physician's assessment.
