What To Do If Having Chronic Diarrhoea, Bowel Incontinence, Spina Bifida Occult, Advanced DDD, Diabetes, Hypothyroidism?
I am almost 67 with chronic diarrhea along with bowel incontinence that interferes with my full time college. I have spina bifida occult, advanced DDD, with cortisone injections every 3 months for inflammation & pain and no other pain medicines-allergic to most. sometimes use a Tens unit. I have diabetes, A1c of 6.3,hypothyroidism, no heart problems, circulation good, bone density normal. Eating health, caffeine only in mornings. Walk 3 times weekly for about 30 minutes each. please help. Gayle

I appreciate your concern if the frequency of diarrheas is just 4 to 5 in day then no need to worry about this because this is consider as normal, you have to keep the stress level low and do not be so anxious, your other medical issues are nothing to take with the diarrhea, hope this information helps you have nice day.
